DiabTrend is an AI-powered application that revolutionizes diabetes management. The goal was to develop a mobile app that simplifies patients' daily lives through AI-driven tracking, meal recognition, and personalized glucose predictions. The app aims to significantly ease diabetes management, provide more accurate insights, and help users achieve optimal control.
